Leased ice requests are taken by season:
Spring/Summer requests are taken in January.
Fall/Winter requests are taken in April.

Frequently Asked Questions
It’s best to rent a party room for at least two hours, so that you’ll have built-in setup and cleanup time at the beginning and end of your party. You may begin setting up at the start of the contracted time, and must vacate the party room at the end of the agreed-upon rental time.
Sure! But please leave the confetti at home, and see the info on #1 about renting enough time to accommodate both your setup and cleanup.
If your party is purchasing food and beverages from the facility, we’ll provide cups, plates, napkins and plastic utensils for guests. If you’re bringing in food from home, be sure to bring all necessary paper products, utensils, etc. (and don’t forget matches and candles if you need them!).
Let us know what time you’d like your food, and we’ll deliver it to your party room.
Unfortunately, we can’t assume responsibility for storing or watching gifts, goodie bags, decorations, or other party supplies. If you’d like someplace to store all your party supplies while your party skates, we suggest renting the party room(s) for the duration of the Public Session, or designating someone to keep an eye on things.
Montgomery County Health Department rules and regulations prevent us from storing your party’s ice cream cake, drinks, etc., unless the food is bought by our facility for resale, and delivered to us by certified food vendors.
You may purchase admissions and skate rentals on the day of the party at our front desk, up to 30 minutes before the start of the session. The Special Party Skate Rate is $10.00 per person, which includes skate rentals….and the boy/girl of the hour (main celebrant) skates FREE!

If your guests are planning to skate, we highly recommend bicycle helmets and gloves for your younger guests, and dressing in layers is a good idea for everyone (it can get pretty cold out there on the ice!).
