Spring Ice Show Solo and Duets
Register for a solo or duet performance in a figure skating exhibition. Figure skaters may perform their program in the Spring exhibition on May 5, 2024. The show will be from 5:15-7:45 pm. Skaters need to be available to skate at any time during the event. Music length should align with competitive/test program requirements.
Spring Ice Show Clinic
This class will meet for four weeks to learn a group skating program to perform in the Wheaton Spring Ice Show on Sunday, May 5 at 5:15 pm. Skaters will be placed into groups based on skating level and age. Skaters should be able to attend all four practices and the ice show performance. Practice dates are April 7, 14, 21, and 28 from 5:15-6:15 pm (your skater will be assigned a 30 minute slot after registration closes). Fee includes a shirt to wear in the ice show.
Wheaton Summer Specialty Ice Skating camps
Registration opens January 16, 2024! Cool down this summer at Wheaton Ice Arena! These half day camps run from 8:30 am-12:30 pm daily with an option for afternoon aftercare. These are for figure skaters, aspiring hockey players, and aspiring speed skaters. More information will be posted in January.
Wheaton Cool Summer Ice Skating camp
Registration opens January 16, 2024! Cool down this summer at Wheaton Ice Arena! This full-day camp is for all, from absolute beginners to up-and-coming ice skating stars. Campers will skate twice every day in the morning and afternoon including a 30 minute ice skating lesson taught by a professional instructor and ice time during the public session to practice the skills learned. Lesson groups will be divided based on age and skating ability and skaters will be evaluated at the end of the week to determine their current skating level. We’ll also do lots of fun indoor and outdoor off-ice activities, including stretching and fun fitness activities! Please bring comfortable athletic shoes, a non-perishable lunch (no nut products please), snack and water bottle each day. Rental skates will be provided, if needed.
