Montgomery Parks announces operating hours and programs for the period of December 24 through New Year’s Day

WHEATON, Md. Montgomery Parks announces programming and operating hours for the 2024 winter holiday break with a variety of events for the whole family.   

Open Parkways schedule    

The Open Parkways will be on its normal schedule during this time.

Here are a few activity ideas for the holiday period

Holiday week operating hours by facility

*ALL Montgomery Parks offices, facilities, and buildings are closed on December 25. *

Brookside Gardens Visitor Center and Conservatory

ActiveMontgomery is a program and facility reservation system that allows users to register online for classes, camps, programs and lessons offered by Montgomery Parks. Users must go to ActiveMontgomery and create an account before registering.
