Train Station Party Room Rentals
The Cabin John Miniature Train Station serves as the perfect spot for a family celebration or your child’s next birthday party. The spacious party room features a fun train motif and can accommodate up to 50 people.
As part of the party package, guests will get:
- Use of tables, chairs, and refrigerator/freezer
- 20 complimentary train tickets for a two-hour party and 40 complimentary train tickets for a five-hour party. Additional train tickets can be purchased the day of your rental if needed. (In-Season Only)
- Special photo opportunity for the birthday child on the locomotive engine. (In-Season Only)
- Special “no-wait” priority seating on the first train ride for your whole party. (In-Season Only)
Off-Season Rentals
Our Train Station Party Room is available for party rentals in the off-season (Saturdays and Sundays only from November through March). The train is not running, so rental rates are more affordable than ever! The fee includes the use of tables, chairs, and refrigerator.
How to Book
Book your party online at ActiveMONTGOMERY. The party room is available by reservation only. Availability is limited and time slots fill quickly, so please book your party well in advance of your preferred date. Dates and times of availability can be found online at ActiveMontgomery.org.
Changes
Reservation changes may be made at least thirty (30) days prior to your rental date. A request must be submitted in writing to CabinJohnTrain@MontgomeryParks.org. A $50 fee is required for each permit change. No refunds will be issued if the change request is submitted less than thirty (30) days prior to the rental date.
Cancellations
Reservation cancellations with thirty (30) days’ notice will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee for a two-hour rental ($75 for a five-hour rental). Cancellation request must be submitted in writing to CabinJohnTrain@MontgomeryParks.org. No refunds will be issued if the cancellation request is submitted less than thirty (30) days prior to the rental date.
