Out of the Heat Birthday Party
Whether you’re hosting a kid’s birthday party or having a special occasion, we can work with you to create your perfect event.
- Ages: 6 and older.
- Party is designed to last two hours.
- One hour on the Synthetic Turf Field followed by
- One hour in our Party Room.
- The Pavilion will include party space, tables, and chairs.
- Party Provides: paper products, food, drink and sports equipment.

Field Rental – April 1 to November 30
- $95.00 / per hour for the Full Field (county residents) *
- $115.00 / per hour for the Full Field (non-county residents) *
Field Rental – December 1 to March 31
Non-Peak Hours Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- $105.00 / per hour for the Full Field (county residents) *
- $125.00 / per hour for the Full Field (non-county residents) *
Peak Hours Monday-Friday 5:00 pm to Midnight
- $150.00 / per hour for the Full Field (county residents) *
- $175.00 / per hour for the Full Field (non-county residents)*
ALL-DAY Saturday/Sunday
- $150.00 / per hour for the Full Field (county residents) *
- $175.00 / per hour for the Full Field (non-county residents)*
