Pick Up Soccer
Pick Up Soccer is now available at Wheaton Sports Pavilion for adults (18+ Years) of any skill level. Increase your fitness while meeting new players and having fun.
Gear and Age requirements for Pick Up Soccer
- Age: Open to adults only (18 & Older)
- Gear Requirements: Shin guards and REQUIRED
- Maximum number: 7v7 plus up to 3 subs per team (20 players including subs)
Online registration will close 30 minutes before the session begins. Many sessions may sell out, so sign up in advance to guarantee your spot! When you arrive at the Pavilion, please check-in for your session at the front desk and pick up your wrist band.

Pick Up Soccer FAQs
You can reserve your spot by booking online via Active Montgomery. Online reservations close thirty (30) minutes before the session start time. Alternatively, you can walk in and pay at the front desk of the Pavilion. Walk in bookings are based on remaining availability.
Our pick up sessions are designed to offer a fun, high-energy environment where participants can build confidence and advance their interest and skills in soccer.
- The number of players on the field is not to exceed seven (7) per side, with Keeper.
- There will be two (2) teams when up to twenty (20) players are available. Play will continue for ninety (90) minutes, uninterrupted, utilizing subs of up to three (3) per side as needed.
- If fewer than ten players are present, Wheaton Sports Pavilion staff may reduce the field size using portable goals.
- Subs can be made on the fly.
- Play will begin/end at the designated time. Players should arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes early to purchase wristbands and assemble teams.
- NO slide tackling.
- NO fighting, dirty play or foul language.
- NO referees will be provided. Players are expected to play fairly and call their own game.
- Proper athletic wear is required. Indoor or outdoor soccer cleats are required.
- Shin guards are required for all players.
- Proof of age required. When an age range is designated, no players outside of that range will be admitted.
