Wee Little Nature Explorers | June 10 – 14, 9:30am to noon | Ages 3-5 | $125

Learn about the natural world through crafts, stories, and hikes in this week-long nature camp for young children and their grown-up. Together we will go on hikes in the woods, use nets in the meadow to catch butterflies, and explore the creek. Register the child only – no fee for the accompanying adult.

C&O Canal Cycling Camp | June 24 – 27, 8am to 3:30pm | Ages 12-14 | $650

Join us as we explore the C&O Canal by bike. We will start our 100-mile journey along the towpath in Paw Paw, West Virginia and travel east towards Harpers Ferry, West Virginia on this four day and three-night camp. We will be stopping along the way to learn about the natural and cultural history of the area. This is a physically demanding camp. Participants must be able to bike 30 miles a day with scheduled rest periods. Campers must provide their own bike, helmet, and attend precamp meetings. Tents, meals, and transportation are provided. NOTE: Camp runs from 8am Monday until 3:30pm on Thursday and includes three consecutive nights of primitive camping.

Junior Naturalist Camp | July 22 – 26, 9am to 4pm | Ages 10-12 | $375

For youth that love learning and discovery in the natural world. Every day, all day long, we will be in the field. We will be hiking along the Billy Goat Trail, learning about wetland ecology, kayaking, fishing, exploring the world of raptors, search for treasure on a geo cache excursion, and more. This camp is a great way to deepen your child’s understand of and connection to the natural world.
