Art in the Garden ART EXHIBIT AND SALE
Art is part of our mission! We are proud to support local artists through rotating monthly art exhibits at the Visitor Center. Many of the art pieces showcased in exhibits are for sale. Our exhibit schedule is currently booked through the end of 2026. We are not currently accepting applications for future art exhibits.
Current Art Exhibit & Sale: Olney Art Association’s Annual Juried Show at Brookside Gardens, May 5 – June 16, 2025
The Olney Art Association (OAA), founded in 1974, is in Olney, Maryland. This community of creative novice and professional visual fine artists have expertise in a variety of media including oil painting, watercolor, acrylics, pastel, colored pencil, pen and ink, printmaking, mixed media, sculpture, ceramics, digital art and photography.
OAA strives for excellence in artistic work and the development of programs for the engagement and instruction of its members. OAA is also recognized for bringing the visual fine arts to the local community through various exhibits.
Membership meetings are informative and include art demonstrations by well-known artists. In addition, presentations give the members a wide spectrum of new ideas and motivation for their own work.

Stop by the Brookside Gardens Visitor Center and be part of the art conversation. Open to the public and no reservation required.
Art works will be on display at the Brookside Gardens Visitor Center and available for purchase in the Gift Shop.
