Our facility offers a premium experience for soccer, lacrosse, and futsal. The covered and well-lit field is equipped with Nike Grind® synthetic turf, making it suitable for games in any weather conditions.
In addition to sports, our venue is perfect for hosting birthday parties and other special events.

Rental Rates
Spring-Fall Rates (April 1 – November 30)
$95.00 / per hour for the Full Field (county residents) *
$115.00 / per hour for the Full Field (non-county residents) *
Winter Rates (December 1 – March 31)
Non-Peak Hours
Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
$105.00 / per hour for the Full Field (county residents) *
$125.00 / per hour for the Full Field (non-county residents) *
Peak Hours
Monday-Friday 5:00 pm – Midnight and all-day Saturday and Sunday
$150.00/hour for the Full Field (county residents) *
$175.00/hour for the Full Field (non-county residents) *
*In order to qualify for county resident rates, two-thirds or more of the players within the organizations or on the team must reside in Montgomery or Prince George’s County. Rosters with names and addresses must be furnished upon request.
For ongoing/seasonal bookings, payments must be made by the installment due date, as outlined on the permit.
Bookings must be made in advance. The facility may not be able to accommodate requests with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Booking Changes and Cancellations
Once a contract has been reviewed and signed or the one-off booking has been completed, no field time will be refunded, credited, or rescheduled.
