The Muddy Branch SVU 3 pedestrian bridge replacement and stream improvements project will begin on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, with access via 14405 Pebble Hill Lane in Potomac. The project is expected to take approximately four months, with anticipated completion April 2025, involves tree removal, installation of an access road along the trail, excavation, grading, installation of a new pedestrian bridge, stream restoration structures, and landscape plantings. During this time, approximately five parking spaces at the end of Pebble Hill Lane will be closed, and the trail will be closed for public safety, reopening as soon as possible.
