We offer the following camping sites.
Little Bennett Campground
Little Bennett Campground is the perfect staycation for County residents and an ideal spot for RV travelers from near and far. Nestled in 3,700 acres of forests and meadows, it offers 91 wooded campsites, including full hook-up and pull-thru sites, as well as three cabins, three yurts, and three canvas tent sites. Immaculate facilities, miles of hiking and biking trails, and a variety of seasonal activities make it a great choice for both first-time and veteran campers. Each campsite provides a tranquil setting with amenities such as picnic tables, campfire rings, and lantern posts, ensuring a comfortable and scenic stay.
Hike-in Camping at Little Bennett Regional Park
Overnight Hike-In:
This site can accommodate up to 60 guests and is only accessible by foot. Motor vehicles are prohibited at this site.
Horse Trailer Camping at Little Bennett Park
Two campsites, each site can accommodate up to six people in either two tents or one tent and RV. Campsite fees, residents are $25 a day, non-residents $30 a day. Check in 1 pm – check-out by 11am.
Equestrian Campsite Features and Guidelines
- Fire ring at each site
- Picnic table at each site.
- One port-a-pot on site.
- Quite hours 11pm to 7am
- Hobble and picket ar allowed
- High-lines, tree savers or portable eclectic corral are allowed, if removed at end of stay
- Horse manure must be disposed of at the designated waste removal stations
- No more than two (2) vehicles may be parked at any campsite.
- Motor vehicles and/or camping vehicles must be parked within the assigned site.
- Service or commercial vehicles and construction equipment are not permitted in campground
Equestrian Campsites DO NOT HAVE
- No water supply
- No electricity
- No mounting blocks
- No hitching post
- No horse vaccine requirements
- No tent pads – tent within the fenced campsite area
