The Argyle Local Park Activity Building is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and an outdoor picnic area. The adjoining park hosts a playground, tennis courts, a basketball court, and permitted ballfields. In addition, it’s easily accessible from I-495 and other major roads.

  • Shared parking (33 spaces, 1 accessible space)
  • Kitchen (Refrigerator & Warming Oven)
  • Keyless Entry
  • Tables & Chairs (approximately 4 tables and 50 chairs are provided.)
  • Outdoor grill

Renter is responsible for setting up and cleaning areas if the kitchen is used.

Booking and Reservation Details

Park Activity Buildings are open year-round on weekdays and weekends for reservations. Two time slots available daily: 10:00am to 4pm and 5 to 11 p.m. If you want to reserve a different time slot, it must be at least 8 hours long. Reservations are first-come, first-served and can be made up to six months in advance.  

Reservations can be made through activeMontgomery or if you need help, contact the Park Permit Office during business hours.

Building Tour

We encourage everyone to visit our facilities to ensure they suit your needs before making the reservation. If you would like to view a Park Activity Building, please know these facilities are keyless entry. For access, please call our office at (301) 495-2525 between 8:30 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday or email us at parkpermits@montgomeryparks.org. Tours are scheduled during our business hours only.

Rules and Regulations

All Permit Holders must follow M-NCPPC Rules and Regulations the specific Guidelines and Conditions of Use as stated on the facility permit and all pertinent and relative Park Facility Guidelines.
