History Hour: Researching your Historic House- "If these walls could talk..."

This lecture series features local historians, educators and more who will share their knowledge of local and regional history.

Have you ever wondered about the history of your house and the land you live on? In honor of Historic Preservation Month, let’s find out how to pull the veil back between the past and present of your house. We’ll discuss archival records and land use history, how to build chains of title, what resources are available, and how you can dig a little deeper to develop a historical narrative for your property.

Join speaker Stacy Poulos, Anne Arundel County’s Archaeological Sites Planner for this workshop on Saturday, May 17th from 3-4pm.
