M-NCPPC acquired this 9.3-acre park in 1965. It features basketball courts, two softball fields, tennis courts, and a playground.

Rent a Picnic Shelter at Wheaton Forest Local Park

The picnic shelter includes five tables, one grill, and restrooms.
Picnic shelter reservations are first-come, first-served and are available to rent from April 1 to October 31.
