Gunner’s Village Neighborhood Conservation Area

Gunners village neighborhood park

While undeveloped for active recreation, Gunner’s Village boasts 46.8 acres. As one of a series of connected parks, it helps protect Great Seneca Creek, the largest watershed located entirely within Montgomery County and a tributary of the Potomac River. M-NCPPC acquired the park, located adjacent to Seneca Creek State Park, in 1978.
