M-NCPPC acquired Burnt Mills West Special Park in 2000. This park sits on 2.7 acres of land along Route 29 (Columbia Pike) in Silver Spring, across from Burnt Mills East Special Park. The park provides parking for a section of the Northwest Branch Trail.  Currently, the historic building is not open to the public.
