Creative campaigns win three Public Relations Society of America, Maryland Chapter “Best in Maryland” awards and two Communicator Awards “Awards of Excellence.”

WHEATON, Md. –  Montgomery Parks received top awards in creative marketing campaigns and initiatives from the Public Relations Society of America, Maryland Chapter (PRSA Maryland) at its 2024 Best in Maryland Awards on April 18, 2024. At the ceremony, public relations leaders were recognized for their contributions to the profession by fellow communications professionals; Montgomery Parks won three prestigious Best in Maryland awards and two Awards of Excellence. Each year PRSA Maryland presents awards to communication professionals who have successfully addressed a communications challenge with exemplary professional skill, creativity, and resourcefulness.

The department also received the highest honors from the 30th Annual Communicator Awards, winning two Awards of Excellence and three Awards of Distinction. The Communicator Awards, judged and curated by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), are considered the largest and most competitive international awards program honoring communications professionals.
