
WHEATON, Md. – Join Montgomery Parks this summer to enjoy Shakespeare’s “The Comedy of Errors.” The Bard’s timeless farce, about two sets of identical twin brothers who are accidentally separated at birth, then reunited decades later at a Carnival celebration, is filled with hilarious instances of mistaken identity and comedic misunderstandings.
Prince George’s Shakespeare in the Parks, a theater company run by The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Department of Parks and Recreation, Prince George’s County is staging the performances bringing a whirl of chaos and comedy to the stage.
The performances are free. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs for seating. Picnicking is permitted during both performances.
