Start your year with intention and balance. In this 45-minute midday yoga class, you’ll be guided through a gentle flow of yoga postures to ease tension, paired with breathwork practices to center the mind and calm the nervous system. Each session will close with a short intention-setting practice, helping you align your energy and focus as you step into 2026. This four-week mini session offers a supportive midweek pause to reconnect with yourself and build habits that nurture your mind-body well-being. Perfect for all levels, whether you are new to yoga or seeking a mindful reset.
*NOTE: This is a series of four Wednesday classes. Classes will be held inside the Major Jayne H. Plank Kensington Cabin Park Activity Building located on park grounds. Please bring a yoga mat (two for added comfort) and a light blanket or towel. Chairs will be available for use.. All classes in the series are included in the one registration fee. Classes in the series are not offered on an individual basis. There is no parking lot for this park. Neighborhood street parking only. Registration is required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
