Seeking some calm in your day? Join us during your lunch break for a mid-day guided mindfulness meditation under our lovely grandmother Sycamore Tree. The program is accessed by natural surface trails and/or stairs. You may wish to bring a cushion for the bench or ground as preferred for your meditation. Appropriate for all levels of practice. A brief introduction to mindfulness will be provided along with calming breathing practices. Inclement weather will cancel this program. Registration is required
