This gentle yoga flow class aims to help students feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies. Each class will include: community, setting and discussion of a body-positive intention or mantra (such as “Thank you body”), breathing exercises, yoga poses and flow, and savasana with meditation on intention. Modification will be offered for all poses, because no two bodies are the same!
*NOTE: Students should dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat. This class is appropriate for beginners and students with experience. Class is held in the Capital View-Homewood Local Park Activity Building located on park grounds. Registration is required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
