Dance, sing and frolic with your toddler while learning yoga poses, participating in creative movement and learning breathing exercises and other methods small children can use for self calming.
*NOTE: This is a series of eight Saturday classes. Class will not be held on Saturday, July 5. All classes in the series are included in the one registration fee. Classes in the series are not offered on an individual basis. Please bring a yoga mat. This class will be held in the Tilden Woods Local Park Activity Building located on park grounds. Registration is required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
