Juneteenth is a federal holiday commemorating the end of enslavement in the United States.
Join us for special museum hours Thursday, June 19 from 10am to 4pm. Museum admission can be purchased the day of in the Visitor’s Center.
Visitors can also take self-guided tours of the Underground Railroad Experience Trail.
*Due to anticipated high volume, all groups of 36+ visiting the park and the UGRR Trail must make an advance reservation by contacting our office, 301-929-5989. No guided group tours are available on Juneteenth*
