Come out to the Bike Park to hang out and ride with the Roots to Rocks coaches! We will be “session-ing” the pump track, features and progressive jumps with some individualized skills instruction along the way. This is a perfect way to meet other riders and build skills on your bike. We have a limited number of bikes and helmets available to borrow (we will ask to hold something as collateral during the program – cell phone/credit card/etc.). For those who bring their own bicycle, ensure that the bike is in safe working order PRIOR to attending the group ride. Program pre-requisites: Ages 6 and up, must know how to ride a bicycle. Participants must wear closed toe shoes and provide their own water bottle/hydration pack. It is also recommended that participants wear: sunscreen and bike gloves.
