Rise & Shine Yoga is intended to gently wake up the body and mind, and set yourself up for a positive day ahead. These classes combine breathwork, movement, and mindful sequences to build strength, flexibility, and balance, which promotes both physical and mental well-being. Options will be offered in poses, enabling individuals of varying abilities to create a yoga practice that is accessible and safe.
*NOTE: This is a series of twelve Tuesday classes. All classes in the series are included in the one registration fee. Classes in the series are not offered on an individual basis. Participants should be able to get up and down from a mat without assistance. Please bring a yoga mat. Classes are held at the Tilden Woods Local Park Activity Building located on park grounds. Registration is required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
