A level 1 Pilates mat class taught following the traditional movements of Joseph Pilates, interspersed with contemporary movements. The emphasis is on core strengthening and toning.
*NOTE: This is a series of eight Tuesday classes. All classes in the series are included in the one registration fee. Classes in the series are not offered on an individual basis. Please bring a yoga mat and a Pilates Ring. Classes are held in the Argyle Local Park Activity Building located on park grounds. Registration required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
