Celebrating African Rhythms through Dance & Song

Celebrate the arrival of spring and show off your best dance moves! Join us at Oakley Cabin for our annual free dance workshop. Explore African rhythms from West Africa, the Caribbean Islands, Europe and North & South America with the Cultural Moves Dance Ensemble led by Martha Peterson, and live drumming by Jumbe and Company. Enjoy tours of the historic 19th century log cabin. Learn the “Cake Walk” and compete for sweet treats to take home. Bring the entire family to enjoy the fun!
