Need a break from your busy day? In this 45 minute indoor class, experience the restorative practice of yoga nidra, known as “yogic sleep”. The class begins with gentle movement to release tension, followed by yoga nidra meditation, combining breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization to guide you into a state of deep relaxation. The session wraps up with energizing techniques, such as breathwork and simple movements, to help you return to your day with clarity and focus. Perfect for anyone seeking a midday or midweek reset!
*NOTE: Class will not meet on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Class will be held inside the park activity building and move outside if weather permits. This is a series of six consecutive Wednesday classes. All classes in the series are included in the one registration fee. Classes in the series are not offered on an individual basis. Please bring a yoga mat or two for comfort and a light blanket or towel. Chairs will be available for use. Registration is required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
