Gather around the fire for conversation. Campfire Chats is a therapeutic recreation program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, friends, family, and community members that blends the warmth of nature with supportive social engagement. Each session features open dialogue, reflective prompts, creative expression, and mindful moments—all in a relaxed, inclusive outdoor setting. Smores and stories encouraged! At this program, we will work on identifying ferns through a guided nature wander and lesson. Objective: Improve self-esteem, social skills, and wellness. Registration is required.
