Junior Historians

Step into the past and discover history in a fun, immersive way with Junior Historians! This program series is designed for ages 5-8, and invites young learners to explore history through interactive activities and playful discovery. Each session combines historical learning with practical, hands-on activities that bring history to life. Each class will cover a different theme, with a special emphasis on the Farm Park’s unique history, encouraging children to learn by touching, trying, and experiencing real tools, techniques, and traditions from long ago. Your child will leave with a richer understanding of history and a greater appreciation for the simple joys of farm life. This Spring, we have an exciting set of themes for the children to learn about! We will announce each week’s theme on our Facebook page and website. This is a drop off program, but parents are welcome to stay during the class. Please be sure to dress for the weather and bring water.
