The Farm Park offers an inclusive experience for visitors with sensory sensitivities. Each month, the program will feature a different theme with multiple sensory stations to interact with welcoming people of all abilities. A supportive staff along with a variety of alternative seating, fidget tools, and other sensory-friendly materials will be provided to ensure a comfortable and inclusive experience for everyone.
The $5 fee is per participant – their accompanying companions are free. The program will be held outdoors on the historic side of the farm park. Take the first right onto the gravel road after the speedbump and park in the Visitor Parking area in the grass field in front of the farmhouse. Montgomery Parks tents and tables will be set up near the big red barn. Restrooms and access to water are available in the UMDE Office Building which is located at the end of the main road.
