Bats of Montgomery County

It’s a bird, it’s a plane…it’s a BAT! Did you know Maryland has 10 (and maybe more) species of bats, some of which are with us year-round? Join us in a virtual series on the mysterious lives of our furry and flighted neighbors, and learn how we can be bat buddies. This class will be hosted online for four classes and followed up by an in-person walk to find bats around Meadowside Nature Center. In-person walk date will be determined by group consensus.
