Acoustics & Ales: Witchy Waters Edition at Black Hill Regional Park

This Halloween season, two fan-favorite events are brewing into one unforgettable evening! Acoustics and Ales is teaming up with Witchy Paddle to conjure a festive happy hour filled with live music, tasty brews, and spooky lake views.


You can choose to join us shoreside to enjoy the music, food, drinks, and the magical sight of witches paddling by. Or register to take part in the Witchy Paddle and be part of the spectacle before heading over to the land-based festivities.


Witchy Paddle Details: To join the costumed paddlers donned in witchy wear, registration is required. You must bring your own paddlecraft (kayak, canoe, or paddleboard), along with your paddle, safety gear, and PFD (personal flotation device). Witchy paddling begins at 4:30 pm, with the campfire and Acoustics and Ales to follow.


Costumes are encouraged for all!

Where: Black Hill Regional Park, Black Hill Discovery Center (20926 Lake Ridge Drive, Boyds, Maryland 2084)
When: Saturday, October 25, 2025, music, bites, and beers from 5 to 7:30 pm
*Witchy paddling begins at 4:30.

The event is free to attend. Registration is required for the paddleboarding portion of the event. All ages are welcome.

Enjoy Music from Sweet Yonder!

With instrumental attitude and inspiring vocal harmonies, the women of Sweet Yonder present a driving mix of banjo, mandolin, guitar, fiddle, and bass on compelling originals and bluegrass classics.

Sweet Yonder crafts a show tailored to each audience. They even include their own spin on American classic rock.
