Women’s Fire Making Class

Description: Let’s make some sparks to start a fire! Join a naturalist and learn how to use a ferro rod, magnesium, and magnifying glass to make a spark. Help the spark grow by learning what natural items are available and discover everyday items found at home that work as fuel. You will also learn three different ways to structure firewood to encourage a lasting flame. This outdoor program will be canceled due to wind or rain.
