Guided Mindfulness Walk – Connections in Nature
Join Tania Lanning, MS, LCPC, LMT, RYT for a guided Gude Garden walk focused on connections in nature. Through gentle movement, discussion, journaling, and meditation, you will explore over the course of the walk what it means to be connected with yourself, with others, and with the natural world around you.
Group will meet on the South Terrace in front of the Visitor Center. Participants will receive a small blank journal and will want to be comfortable walking and sitting on grass.
