O Romeo, Romeo. Wherefore art thou Romeo?
In Montgomery Parks, of course!
Throughout the summer season, Montgomery Parks is hosting Parks Playhouse with a series of free, live performances to celebrate the artistry of great local artists, troupes, and groups.
The summer lineup includes: themed comedy shows for Mother’s Day and Pride Month with Improbable Comedy, classic Shakespeare plays, puppet theater companies, and more! Performances will be rolling throughout the summer, at different park locations, so be sure to check out the list below.
Audience members are encouraged to bring their own blankets and chairs for seating. Stop by a local Montgomery County restaurant on the way and pick up some yummy snacks and make it a picnic! Food and drink will be available for purchase at a limited number of events.
For little art lovers, Montgomery Parks is also hosting Parks Playhouse Junior — live performances geared to kids ages three through twelve. Be sure to scroll below for information!
