
Wheaton, MD – Montgomery Parks invites the community to enjoy live music in the great outdoors as the popular Sunday Serenade concert series returns for spring 2026.
What: Sunday Serenade concert series
Where: Cabin John Regional Park Amphitheater | 7400 Tuckerman Lane, Bethesda, MD 20817
When: Sundays, Spring 2026
Time: 10 – 11:30 a.m.
Each Sunday Serenade features a different local or regional artist, offering audiences a wide range of musical styles throughout the spring season. Concerts are free and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs and picnic while listening to live music in a beautiful park setting.
“Sunday Serenade concerts are a wonderful opportunity to relax, slow down and enjoy the last day of the weekend,” said Megan DeMillo, special events supervisor for Montgomery Parks. “Whether you want to settle in and sip a cup of coffee or get up and dance, these concerts offer a fun way to enjoy live music in the park”
Performer lineup (Spring 2026)
- March 22, 2026 – Eric Byrd Trio. Jazz ensemble performing swing, bebop, gospel and blues.
- March 29, 2026 – King Soul. Old-school Southern soul featuring powerhouse vocals and a horn section.
- April 19, 2026 – Sol Roots. Funk-driven blend of blues, rock, soul and groove-based originals.
- April 26, 2026 – Love Riot. Baltimore based indie rock band returning with new music ahead of a 2026 album release.
Parking and restrooms are available during Sunday Serenade concerts. A food vendor will be on site throughout the series offering light fare and refreshments.
