Little Athletes Registration
Ages: children ages 3 to 5 and their parents/caregiver
Days/Times: Tuesday and Friday from 9:00-9:45 am
Get your little one moving, learning, and having fun in Little Athletes! This parent-and-child program is designed for children ages 3-5 and focuses on building fundamental movement and sports skills through active play, creative games, and engaging skill stations.
Each session introduces young athletes to age-appropriate activities that help develop coordination, balance, confidence, and social skills in a fun and supportive environment. Children will rotate through stations featuring running, jumping, hopping, balancing, kicking, throwing, catching, and other foundational athletic movements while exploring a variety of sports equipment and obstacle challenges.
With a parent or caregiver participating alongside them, children will gain confidence as they learn to follow directions, take turns, and interact with peers through simple games and activities. Each class includes a warm-up, skill-building activities, group games, fun challenges, and a cool-down period with coloring and quiet activities.
