Complemented by midful breathwork and sensory awareness, this four-week yoga class offers a supportive midweek break to reconnect with yourself and cultivate habits that enhance your well-being. *NOTE: Please bring a yoga mat (two for added comfort) and a light blanket or towel. Chairs will be available for use. This is a series of four Wednesday classes. All classes in the series are included in the one registration fee. Classes in the series are not offered on an individual basis. Classes are held indoors at the Major Jayne H. Plank Kensington Cabin Local Park Activity Building located on park grounds. This park does not have a parking lot. Neighborhood street parking only. Registration is required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
