Rise & Shine Flow Yoga is intended to gently wake up the body and mind, and set yourself up for a positive day ahead. These classes combine breathwork, movement, and mindful sequences to build strength, flexibility, and balance, which promotes both physical and mental well-being. Options will be offered in poses, enabling individuals of varying abilities to create a yoga practice that is accessible and safe.
*NOTE: Class will not be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. This is a series of twelve Tuesday classes. All classes in the series are included in the one registration fee. Classes in the series are not offered on an individual basis. Please bring a yoga mat. Classes are held in the Tilden Woods Local Park Activity Building located on park grounds. Registration required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
