Focusing on building strength and flexibility to promote healthy aging for ages 55 and up. This class is mat-based, but will have chairs available to modify poses and make the practice accessible to most levels.
*NOTE: Class will not be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025 and Saturday, January 3, 2026. This is a series of twelve Saturday classes. All classes in the series are included in the one registration fee. Classes in the series are not offered on an individual basis. Participants should be able to get up and down from a mat without assistance. Please bring a yoga mat. Classes are held indoors at the Tilden Woods Local Park Activity Building located on park grounds. Registration is required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
