


WHEATON, Md. – It’s the time of year for Montgomery Parks to host its Sunday Serenade Series, featuring easy-listening music in the great outdoors at beautiful Cabin John Regional Park. The 90-minute shows take place Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. from September 7 to October 5, 2025.
Each week, audiences can enjoy a new sound—from soulful blues and jazz to zydeco, funk, and family-friendly rock. Every performance promises a unique experience and it’s an ideal way to unwind and end your weekend on a high note.
On September 7, 21, and 28, Awecherry Coffee will be onsite with breakfast treats and coffee available for purchase. Ella’s Bakeshop will be at the park on September 14 and October 5.
Sunday Serenade Fall 2025 lineup:
- September 7: Ted Garber (Blues Americana Rock)
- September 14: King Soul (Southern soul)
- September 21: Zachary Smith and the Mardi Gras Kings (Zydeco, Cajun, New Orleans jazz, and funk)
- September 28: Eric Byrd Trio (Jazz)
- October 5: Milkshake Music (Kids’ rock)
