Join us for this walking tour in celebration of LGBTQ+ History Month. Among the tree-lined streets and park trails of Takoma Park are queer histories and ecologies waiting to be discovered. Along the paved walking route, you’ll learn about significant local events and people who made an impact on LGBTQ+ culture and history. We’ll also consider our queer animal neighbors as we dive into the budding field of queer ecology. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) guardian.
