Check out all of these fun birding programs at Locust Grove Nature Center. We offer a variety of birding programs through out the year focusing on different aspects of birding.
Join us at Locust Grove Nature for fun filled bird themed activities. Play a round of Wingspan with fellow bird board gamers, or nature journal on our back deck as birds flock to our feeders. We will also have an optional sunset birding walk on the trails. All hikes will be on natural surface trails.Trails steepness varies and some trails will only be accessible with stairs. Beverages and snacks will be provided, please email the nature center at MCP-LocustGrove@montgomeryparks.org for any dietary restrictions. This program is in celebration of Birdability Week, all levels of birders welcome. Registration is required.
