Focusing on building strength and flexibility to promote healthy aging for ages 55 and up. This class is mat-based, but will have chairs available to modify poses and make the practice accessible to most levels.
*NOTE: This is a series of nine Thursday classes. Class will not be held on Thursday, July 3. All classes in the series are included in the one registration fee. Classes in the series are not offered on an individual basis. Participants should be able to get up and down from a mat without assistance. Please bring a yoga mat. Classes are held indoors at the Mayor Jayne H. Plank Park Activity Building located on park grounds. This park does not have a parking lot. Neighborhood street parking only. Registration is required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
