This is the perfect continuation course if you have participated in a prior Nordic Walking class and you would like to practice your walking skills. Join instructor Anna for a park tour during our Nordic Walking – Level 2 Park Tour 2025 and walk Lake Needwood in Rock Creek Regional Park. Sign up for the April tour and you will be walking through our Green Farm Conservatory Park. Nordic Walking is for individuals who can walk without assistance and poles are provided.
*NOTE: This is a series of four consecutive Tuesday classes. All classes in the series are included in the one registration fee. Classes in the series are not offered on an individual basis. Equipment will be provided by the instructor for in class use. Registration is required. No walk-ins will be accepted. Please park and meet your instructor Anna in the Spillway Parking Area at Lake Needwood. From Needwood Road turn onto Beach Drive. You will then pass picnic area’s 3 & 2, the lake and boats Keep going, Spillway Parking Area will be on your right.
