This engaging, hands-on experience offers students the chance to learn about the foods that would have been common during the farm park’s history. Through interactive activities, students will learn how people lived, worked, cooked, and shared meals in earlier times. They will also get to partake in some of these methods, such as churning butter, making popcorn over an open fire, and baking bread.
Please note that due to supplies, we will not be able to accept more than the maximum number of participants. If your child is waitlisted, please contact our Historic Site Manager or email ahfpprograms@montgomeryparks.org
