Community Gardens
About the Garden
Nolte Community Garden is located within Nolte Local Park, close to downtown Silver Spring. The garden was established in 2019 with the goal of serving seniors and beginning gardeners, though anyone can request a plot at this location.
This site offers 24 accessible gardening tables, with approximately 15 square feet of growing space per table. Water, deer fencing, flower beds, a shed, and a communal area are available to gardeners.
