Dickerson Conservation Park is a 304-acre park next to the Potomac River and the C&O Canal just south of the boundary between Montgomery and Frederick Counties. Floodwaters damaged this portion of the C&O Canal and towpath during the flood of 1996. M-NCPPC acquired the park in the early 1960s.
