Montgomery Parks will remove the remaining structures at 19801 Georgia Ave as part of the Reddy Branch Stream Valley Park expansion. The main house was demolished in 2023; now, four outbuildings and parts of a retaining wall will also be taken down.
Demolition is scheduled for weekdays (Monday–Friday) from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, starting March 26, and will take about two weeks. Work will be accessed via the existing driveway on Georgia Ave, with the area securely fenced off overnight.
